You must be at least 13 years of age to use BeKinder. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account.
• Keep your password secure and not share it.
• Notify us at [email protected] immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts used in violation of these Terms.

You agree to use BeKinder only for lawful purposes consistent with its mission of promoting kindness. You agree not to:

• Post content that is hateful, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or harmful.
• Upload photos or content that violates the privacy or rights of others.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or promotional content.
• Reverse engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the App or its infrastructure.
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the App.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law.

When you share content to the BeKinder community feed, you:

• Retain ownership of your content.
• Grant BeKinder a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the App and in promotional materials for as long as your content remains in the App.
• Confirm your content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
• Accept that your content will be subject to automated moderation and may be removed if it violates our community guidelines or these Terms.

Daily kindness challenges are generated by Google Gemini AI based on your preferences. While we strive for helpful and appropriate suggestions, AI content may occasionally be imperfect. You are always free to skip or re-roll a challenge. BeKinder is not responsible for any outcome arising from completing a challenge.

BeKinder is currently free to use. The first 2,000 registered users will receive free lifetime access to the core features of BeKinder as a thank-you for joining our early community. We will notify users clearly and in advance before any paid features are introduced. We reserve the right to change our pricing model at any time with reasonable notice.

All content, design, code, trademarks, and materials forming part of the App or Site — excluding user-generated content — are the property of BeKinder and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

BeKinder is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BeKinder and its founders, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.

You may delete your account at any time from within the App. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to the community. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, via the App. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction.
